How it works

How it works

One managed loop: brief, work, check, review, approve.

The loop

One loop for every task.

The same states appear in the dashboard, in your inbox, and later in WhatsApp. Nobody has to ask where a task is.

wil·co

/ˈwɪlkoʊ/ · radio procedure word

Short for will comply. A pilot says it to confirm an instruction was received, understood, and will be carried out. Every Wilcora task starts with one.

  1. RECEIVED

    You send a brief

The task, the inputs, the deadline, and what a good result looks like.

  2. WILCO

    The employee confirms

It restates the scope, reserves credits, and gives an estimate. If something is missing, it asks before starting.

  3. WORKING

    It follows its role skill

Workflow, checklist, and output contract written for that job. You can pause it at a checkpoint.

  4. CHECKED

Checks run before you see it

Figures traced to sources, gaps flagged, rubric applied. Failed checks go back for rework.

  5. DELIVERED

    You review and approve

Accept, ask for rework, or stop. Anything leaving the company waits for your approval.
