Managed AI employees · Pilot program

Send the brief.
Get verified work back.

Wilcora sets up an AI employee for one job in your company. You brief it like a colleague. It does the work, checks its own output, and waits for your approval before anything leaves the building.

Why teams delegate

Recurring work breaks down
familiar places.

The report is always late

Someone pulls the numbers on Friday night, copies them into slides, and hopes nothing changed.

Wilcora pulls the data, writes the report, and flags the gaps on a schedule.

Briefs get lost in chat

A request in a group thread has no owner, no deadline, and no record of what was agreed.

Wilcora turns every brief into a task with an ID, a scope, and a status you can check.

Nobody checks the figures

Drafts arrive fast but unverified, so a manager rechecks every number by hand.

Wilcora runs checks before delivery and attaches the sources to every claim.

Employees

Two employees, ready for a pilot.

Each role has a written skill, an output contract, and checks that run before you see anything. Both are under evaluation, so we offer them as scoped pilots, not as proven experts.

How it works

One loop for every task.

The same states appear in the dashboard, in your inbox, and later in WhatsApp. Nobody has to ask where a task is.

wil·co

/ˈwɪlkoʊ/ · radio procedure word

Short for will comply. A pilot says it to confirm an instruction was received, understood, and will be carried out. Every Wilcora task starts with one.

  1. RECEIVED

    You send a brief

The task, the inputs, the deadline, and what a good result looks like.

  2. WILCO

    The employee confirms

It restates the scope, reserves credits, and gives an estimate. If something is missing, it asks before starting.

  3. WORKING

    It follows its role skill

Workflow, checklist, and output contract written for that job. You can pause it at a checkpoint.

  4. CHECKED

Checks run before you see it

Figures traced to sources, gaps flagged, rubric applied. Failed checks go back for rework.

  5. DELIVERED

    You review and approve

Accept, ask for rework, or stop. Anything leaving the company waits for your approval.

Queued
Waiting for a slot. The brief can still change.
Active work
The employee is working. This is the time you pay for.
Waiting on you
Paused for your review. Not billed as active work.

How it works

Evidence

Work you can inspect.

Every sample shows its inputs, its checks, and its sources.

How we evaluate a role

A role is offered only after it clears a written evaluation. We publish the method, not a percentage.

  • A held-out set of tasks the role was never tuned on.
  • A written rubric per task: what a passing result must contain.
  • Deterministic checks for grounding and boundary behaviour.
  • Explicit tests for refusing to invent data and stopping at scope limits.
  • Practitioner-reviewed before the role is called ready.

Practitioner review is still pending for both roles. Until then, they are scoped pilots.

Pricing

Pricing and scope

No public price list during the pilot. Every offer is confirmed in writing after we scope your workflow.

Sold as a managed employee, not a per-seat tool. Capacity, hours, and priority differ by package; the expertise standard does not.

Discuss your scope

Pilot scope

One workflow, agreed capacity and service hours, confirmed in writing.

Quoted per scope

Managed employee

Ongoing role with connectors, checks, and escalation. Available after the pilot gates clear.

Not yet published

Included

  • Managed setup: context, tools, checks, escalation path
  • The same expertise standard at every tier
  • Written scope before any work starts
  • Human approval for external actions

Not included

  • Work outside the agreed scope
  • Service outside the agreed hours (quoted separately)
  • Legal, tax, or medical decisions

Trust

Trust and data handling

We describe the controls that exist today. Anything not yet in place is stated as a pilot principle.

  • Human approval for external actions. The employee prepares work; a person authorises anything leaving the company.
  • Scoped data access. Granted per task, revocable. Read-only unless you approve otherwise.
  • Reviewable output. Deliverables carry their inputs, checks, and sources.
  • No professional substitution. Never presented as a licensed legal, tax, or medical professional.
  • Your controls, without an account. Revoke a connector, request your data, or report a security incident. No login required.

Certifications, uptime guarantees, and published response times are not claimed during the pilot. Exercise a control now →

Questions

What is a managed AI employee?

A defined jobdesk Wilcora sets up and operates for you: context, tools, checks, escalation. You send briefs and review results. Not a chatbot you configure yourself.

Which roles are available now?

Two pilot roles. Additional roles are offered only after they pass evaluation.

What does it cost?

Pricing is confirmed per scope during the pilot. No published number that later grows through hidden fees.

What are the working hours?

Agreed per package. Work outside those hours is quoted separately.

Can I use WhatsApp or Telegram?

Channel delivery is planned and gated. During the pilot, tasks move through the channel in your scope document.

How is quality checked?

Each role carries a written rubric and a held-out evaluation set. We share the method, not a marketing percentage.

What data do you need?

The minimum for the scoped task. Access is approved per connector and can be revoked.

What if a result is wrong?

You request rework. A failed check is recorded and does not count as a passed result.
